Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotions, product launches, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within South Africa:

  • Major cities: 3–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Melt is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Melt is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs or regulatory delays
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date at hello@melt.co.za.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damaged items or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Melt ships within South Africa only. International shipping may become available in the future.
