Refund policy
At Melt, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the personal care nature of our body scrubs and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at meltformula@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The product must be defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Melt reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
